Hotel TheCasaEdition – These terms govern all room reservations and associated services.
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between TheCasaEdition hotel, located at 12 Rue Bachir Al Brahimi, Casablanca 20250, and any person (hereinafter the "client") making a reservation for a hotel room or associated services.
Reservations can be made online at https://thecasaedition.com, by phone, or directly at the reception. They become final after email confirmation and, if necessary, after payment of a deposit or the full amount of the stay.
Prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirham (MAD), all taxes included unless otherwise stated. Rates are valid for the duration displayed on the site or in the offer. The tourist tax, not included in the displayed price, is payable on arrival.
The client may be asked to pay a deposit or provide bank card information to guarantee the reservation. Payment can be made by cash, bank card, or wire transfer, according to agreed terms. The balance is payable upon arrival or departure.
Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the rate selected. Please refer to the specific conditions indicated during your reservation. In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay may be charged.
Any unauthorized late departure may be subject to additional charges.
The client agrees to comply with the hotel's life and safety rules displayed at the reception. In case of inappropriate or harmful behavior, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund.
The hotel declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings not entrusted to the reception. The client is responsible for any damage caused within the establishment.
Data collected during the reservation is used exclusively for the management of the stay and remains confidential. It is processed in accordance with Moroccan legislation and the GDPR, where applicable.
The hotel cannot be held liable for non-performance of its obligations in case of force majeure: natural disaster, interruption of public services, epidemic, strike, etc.
These GTC are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Casablanca will have jurisdiction.
